As a personal trainer, my goal is to improve the health and wellness of seniors and of those who understand the best way to be healthy as an elder

is to begin early on a comprehensive fitness program.  Physical fitness is just one measure of overall wellness. Focus on mental, emotional and spiritual growth will enrich your life and will make major contributions to your physical well-being."

Dale Ledbetter was educated at Rhodes College, Vanderbilt University and George Washington University. He has authored 8 books including How Wall Street Rips You Off- and what you can do to defend yourself. He also wrote From Mother With Love, the story of his Mom, who was the first female pharmaceutical salesperson in America. He wrote two other books about her and an original movie script, which Gold Star Films in New Orleans has agreed to produce.

Dale worked for six US senators and the Vice-President of the United States. He played key roles in several state and federal elections.  He was, also. an Adjunct Professor at Nova University in the Huizenga School of Entrepreneurship and at Lynn University in Boca Raton.  He was a long-time magician member of the world famous Magic Castle in Hollywood, California, was a member of the National Speakers Association and a board member of the Broward County Community Foundation. He received a Certificate in Spiritual Education from the Holmes Institute and is a Certified Personal Trainer. He was House Counsel to The International Council of Shopping Centers and was the Florida delegate to the White House Conference on Small Business. Many of the lessons he learned, and of the concepts he shares came from the time he spent in federal prison.  He devotes much of his time to the challenges faced by those in prison and to the families impacted by their absence.
